Interview: OddSong

 

OddSong (옫쏭) is a Seoul-based producer and singer-songwriter known for blending electronic, experimental, and indie sounds.

Since her debut in 2018 with the single "SOLITUDE," she has made a mark with her unique style, blending electronic and experimental sounds. OddSong released two albums under the US-based label Eklektik Elektrik from 2019 to 2020. Her second studio album, "Witchest Witch," received notable recognition, being featured by Mixmag Korea, while her EP "Do I Love You?" was highlighted by Korean Indie.

A versatile artist, OddSong has collaborated on several singles with Fukuoka-based producer Swimming Sheep, further expanding her cross-cultural creative endeavors. Her recent releases, including the single "Show Me Your Love" with a live clip and the EP "Light," showcase collaborations with artists like Endoff, CHOIYUDAM, CuRvY, Bibim, and billjowasmyname!

What are some of your favorite memories from your career?

When I released my 2nd studio album "Witchest Witch" and the single "Show me your love".

Which of your projects do you love the most?

My 2nd studio album 'Witchest Witch.’ I experimented with various genres and the response from my audience was good too.

What are you most excited to bring to your fans next?

I'm about to launch a new band with Endoff called "Tune In Tomorrow." We're working on our debut album, set for release next year. Endoff and I have collaborated several times before, and his diverse range—from R&B to electronic—will add a unique dynamic to our sound.
