What inspires your music?

The inspiration behind my music comes from my own personal life experiences, trials and tribulations, childhood, heartbreak and love. When you listen to my music I like to think you're taking a journey through my mind. For me, Inspiration comes easily when writing music, it's just a matter of what feeling or emotion in particular will inspire me at the point in time while i'm creating.

Who are some of your influences?

Kurt Cobain, XXXTENTACION, blink-182

What are some of your favorite memories from your career?

There have been so many core memories in my music career that i'll hold close for the rest of my life. It's so hard to narrow it down, so i'll just say one that i've had the pleasure of experiencing a number of times now. Whenever I have a really big performance, and my whole community comes out to show love, family, friends, and fans, that is by far the most heartwarming thing to me. To see all the beautiful faces out in the crowd and know that they took time out of their lives to come and support me makes me feel beyond grateful.

Which of your projects do you love the most?

'all fades to dust' is my latest EP, which I released early 2024, and it holds a very special place in my heart. It was the first project that I created with the intent to portray a vivid story and evoke certain emotions. It's a whole rollercoaster ride, so much emotion, vulnerability and storytelling put into those 6 tracks. It represents a big chapter of my life, both musically and personally. The EP saw that chapter come to a close and make room for the next chapter, which I'm currently on now; it feels good. :)

Who are some of the collaborators who helped you create your favorite works?

Just to name a couple of producers: BAD KID and Boss Beats are two super talented people I've worked with multiple times and created some of my favorite songs to date with! I've only released a handful of songs with feature artists, but I dropped one of my favourite songs ever with Paris Shadows in 2023. That song ('wrote u a letter') is extra special because Paris was an artist I listened to all through high school, so it was a big achievement and full circle moment being able to work with him on what's currently my biggest song yet!

What are you most excited to bring to your fans next?

There are so many things I don't know where to start! I'm most excited to bring my supporters all of this new music I've been working on, which they're getting a taste of right now. These consistent releases are leading to a bigger body of work, that's all I'll say for now ;). Also, I'm extremely pumped to be bringing the supporters in my hometown to my biggest live show yet! On November 8th, I'm headlining in Brisbane with my live band, and it's gonna be insane! The best is yet to come, so believe me when I say STAY TUNED!

What are your goals for this upcoming year?

I always like to write down the goals I want to accomplish. This has been the way I've done it for as long as I can remember, often shooting for the stars with most goals I set because I've always had the mindset of dreaming big. At the start of this year, I told myself I wanted to make music my full-time and only job. I was able to tick that off recently, and given it's something I've been working towards for 6 years, it still hasn't quite settled in yet. This coming year, I'll aim even bigger. I want to become a household name in music, and I'll do everything I can to make that happen! Whether you've been here for the journey so far or are just joining, welcome and thanks for being here. Hope you enjoy the ride. :)

How can your fans and our readers best support you right now?

The best way to support me right now is by following my socials, where I announce new music, shows, merch, etc, and stay up to date with what I'm doing! I'm always working on growing my community, as it's what's most important to me. You can also head to my website, www.christosmusic.com, and check if I've got a show near you or buy some merch, as that's another great way you can support me! Either way, I'm just grateful if you're a supporter, no matter what it is you do. Much love!
