What inspires your music?
The core of my music lies in the unique stories they tell and is also influenced by my love for films and indie music. With more music lined up for release in 2025, I am continuously pushing the boundaries of my sound and expressing my creative ability.
Who are some of your influences?
Phoebe Bridgers, Birdy, Hozier
What are some of your favorite memories from your career?
Some of my favorite memories from my career include performing live for the first time in Bangalore, releasing my singles, and seeing them featured on platforms like Rolling Stone. Directing music videos like ‘Vultures’ and ‘I look at you’ allowed me to tell unique stories visually while working on Echoes Vol. 1 was a deeply personal and creative journey. Shooting the ‘Reply’ video in Mumbai during the vibrant Kala Ghoda festival was unforgettable. Infusing creativity into projects with my cat, Maya, by my side has made this journey truly special.
Which of your projects do you love the most?
Hold on, is my personal favourite. As, it is the first song that I wrote about myself and how I feel. It isn't conventionally the kind of music I would do but I pushed boudaries and I tried something very unfamiliar and uncomfortable and I am proud of that.
Who are some of the collaborators who helped you create your favorite works?
Varun Murali arranged, mixed, and mastered the song.
Raghunandan S Rao helped me shape the song and worked on the demo with me.
Shashank Trivedi is the cinematographer of all the music videos from this EP.
What are you most excited to bring to your fans next?
Another EP in 2025 and a lot of shows. I want to talk to people, interact with them, tell them stories, hear their stories, and connect with the world like I haven't before. I'm also excited to experiment with music and other forms of visual media.
What are your goals for this upcoming year?
EP, as I've mentioned above. But stick with making more music and adding value to life through the experience of it.
How can your fans and our readers best support you right now?
Stream my music on all streaming platforms; if you hear about a show, drop by; I always have a gift for the audience at my show. :)
